Not an excuse, but I had an operation on both feet 2 weeks ago and have had to sit with my feet up for 90% of the day, Dr's orders. So I have gone up in weight, but I get my stitches out tomorrow and hope to have the all clear to start a. Wearing shoes & b. Start walking to build up my strength. I haven't been tracking whilst off, as couldn't see the point when doing less exercise than is normal. So from tomorrow I will be knuckling down to shift 7lb's as quickly as I can.
