Overall it was a good week. Still had some private meetings with the Nutella pot but I was pretty good on the booze front. See the results!

My indiscretions were very public. But like you, overall, it was a good week. House guests gone, back on track again.

Hehehe Jinny Jane, well, when I got guests, I find it very hard to not live up to my reputation (I use to be the guy to finish every course and even take a second when they were particularly good). But I'm working on it! Keep it up.

Good job for you, I lost 3 as well although I for get to weigh my self here, But I go to a group called Tops it's great a world wide weight loss group and it only costs $32.00 a year and 6 dollars a month and that 6 dollars is for our fun and supplies every week for 1 hour.

We have pot luck meals, silent auctions the same hour we are there, Christmas parties all at our meetings it's great encouragement, and of course weigh in each week.
