Bah
Was hoping for a better result this week but I suppose a loss even though a neglible one is still a loss. The mental battle of this journey is a tough one. I'm getting so close to losing the first 100lbs just want to get to that mark. Oh well, carry on carrying on.
On the plus front, had a great day at the gym yesterday. A bit sore today but that's a good thing. Lets me know I'm still alive and systems are working as they should be when you stress them. Love the hydrotherapy bed that's my reward at the end of the workout.
