Happy Monday FS friends
It turned out to be a lovely day to be outdoors yesterday. Although overcast and cool, I quite enjoyed watching the Marathoners run by as I was puttering in the yard. It is a highlight of the fall for me. Always inspired by the people who set out to achieve these feats of endurance. Old, young; tall, short; wide and less so...that they do this, train for it for years is certainly a credit to the human spirit.
I guess I'm on my own version of a marathon. One day, one choice, one step at a time. In training to live a good quality of life for the rest of my life.
