Well I have come to the conclusion that a 'normal' carb way of eating just does not suit me, I didn't go down the cake or biscuit route, just some bread - a loaf lasted 2.5 weeks - and a little pasta/rice etc. So as of today and quite a bit heavier I am going back to my KETO WOE, I can't wait to feel energised again, but know it will take me a week or to to re adjust to burning fat for energy. Its been quite a journey for me and it will mean separate meals for my mother and I, but it will be worth it. My mother gets out of hospital today after nearly 2 weeks, so no more running across town each day, hitting rush hour and watching tempers flare over the most ridiculous situations.
