Anytime I can lose 3 pounds within 2 weeks, that's a wonderful weigh in. Dieting is no longer a chore for me, but rather a way of life. I enjoy eating the thins that I'm still allowed to have. I don't eat nearly as much as I once did, but yet, I'm not hungry between meals.
