I was away from my diet for about a half a year. Somehow, I accidently lost 3 pounds. I've been watching my carbs because I am diabetic so that's why I may have lost the 3 pounds.

I'M BACK. It's been almost 3 years since I lost the 40 pounds. Since then I've gained 27 pounds back. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds again.

I MAY HAVE STRING BEAN SYNDROME. So my Doctor has me on a low carb diet that is very similar to the Atkins Diet. She told me she would be happy if I lost weight and went below 235. So I set my goal for 235. As my weight came down, so did my A1C. In fact, it came down so much, I don't have to take insulin. That's real good news. Well I've learned to eat a healthier way of life and I'm ok with it. But as I live this healthier way of life, I'm accidentally losing more weight. HA! So the question I have to ask my Doctor, when I see her again in January, is how do I stop losing weight? If I can't eat sugar and carbs, it seems that it's inevitable for me to eventually get as thin as a string bean. Hence the string bean syndrome. Does anyone actually read this. LOL. Sometimes it's fun just to amuse myself. Merry Chrismas and Happy New Year friends! Stay safe my friends!!!

Another good 2 weeks. It's so easy for me and I am eating healthier and better than I ever did. WaaaaaHooooo another 2 pounds bites the dust.
