I had a small op on my eyes to have the lenses replaced and bizarrely I lost 2lb, not sure if I had really heavy natural lenses, maybe that's why my sight was c*/p 🤣. Anyway, joking aside, as I have had a bit of downtime from the normality of my life I have decided to have a change to my way of eating, its a work in progress, so will see if I go up/down or hopefully maintain. The best thing is that I can see without glasses, so bring on those nutrition labels in micro print! ( by the way I was up on my last weigh in, hence only 1lb showing)
