The scales say that no weight has come off, but everything I wear is looser and looks a lot better. I'm not going to worry too much about the fact that I haven't seen the same on the scales.
However, while I had thought about the OWL, I'm going to do that very very slowly - stick to 25g of carbs per day for ages, and try to increase the walking from 5k to 10k per day.
