It's been a while since my last weight in. As we are preparing to sell the house, the scale suddenly disappeared. Found it this morning! Very happy with the results, it pays to cut portions (just a tiny bit) and to stay away from sweets and desserts a few days a week. Keep it up FatSecreter! ABitFat
