Happy Friday! Gotta head out to pick up the grands for a pool day, but wanted to report in first.
Ended yesterday at 1,891 calories. For fruits/veggies I had 2 mini cucumbers, 21 Ranier cherries, a fair-sized bowl of butter beans, LOTS of watermelon (wanted to finish up the one I was eating so I can cut up the new one). Fiber shows as 39.5g, but I'm pretty sure the database has it wrong for Russell Stover Sugar Free Pecan Delights, so I'm not counting the 15g from them = 24.5g.
So far, in our pool visits, I haven't done ANY exercise except walking to the far side of the pool to watch my grandson jump off the diving board. Today, I'm going to try to tread water in the deep end for awhile. If I could do it for 15 minutes, that would be quite an accomplishment. I MAY also walk up and down the length of the pool IN the water a couple of times. That's my plan, anyway.
