Weight up THIRTY pounds since December, but TWENTY of those are just since June, when I had toe surgery. I’m going into church late this morning so I’ll miss the fellowship time so people won’t see how fat I look (AM).

Weight up to over 210! Still no motivation. Eating is WAY out of control! (I made a batch of Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies yesterday and have eaten all but two of ”my half”) Still drinking a couple glasses (2-3) of Sweet Tea a day, but all the rest is water with a squirt of flavor enhancer in it. I should have never started drinking tea! Final toe doctor appointment today. Still swollen after 12 weeks. Still swells when I walk, but not a reason I couldn’t be doing the walking. In 2 weeks I have surgery to implant a neuro-modulator in my backside, so my bladder will tell my brain when I need to pee. Recovery from that is only a couple days - also no reason not to walk soon. Tired of being a failure, but no motivation to change it.

I have NO motivation to do anything lately, other than keeping the dishes washed. I just sit in my recliner thinking about all I SHOULD be doing. I just practiced the piano for about 10 minutes, and that took every bit of willpower I could muster. UGHH!
