Made better choices yesterday, and lost 8/10ths of a pound. Had just over 1,500 calories, so that was better than it has been. It helped that I was able to go right to sleep last night and didn't do any Ambien foraging! Today is a "day off" with no grandkids until tomorrow. I MIGHT go out and do some grocery shopping. I'm out of cabbage (GASP!) and the fruit is starting to run low with serving it to five additional people yesterday. I'm thankful that the Great Wolf Lodge weight gain is coming off quickly. Now to make some REAL progress and get back down under 200!
