I think this IS the week you take charge of your eating. You've got a plan in your head, just nudge it along, take the next step. Maybe a change here and there- lower carb option for that english muffin? Sugar Free jelly? Little changes add up!

I find difficult to have the desirables in the cupboard too. My snack crack is cheese popcorn. If I am not careful, I will blow an entire weeks effort in one sitting. I put it on the top shelf in the back to keep it out of site. This way when I’m on the hunt, I have to get a chair and get on tippy toes to get it. All that effort makes me think about it before I get it.

You sound like you are getting motivated. Don't buy the foods/snacks /beverages that trip you up. Find some healthier choices that you can eat/ drink when you just have to have something. I haven't been a soda/ pop drinker for a long time but I started drinking sparkling water cause the fizz feels like a treat. I stock Smart 50 popcorn in the pantry cause 2 cups will fill me up when I get the nibbles. Pickles are fun, too. You just have to find the treats you like to supplement plenty of healthy protein & veggies.

Try Smucker's natural Peanut butter instead of skippy and dump the diet pop, it's worse for you than regular and that's terrible.
