Well, I ended up BEING up until after midnight and caved to having another serving of dinner - spaghetti squash with melted butter and shrimp. It put me over on my RDI by 162 calories, but at least I made a GOOD choice in what I did eat, and at least I didn't eat the WHOLE TIME from when I tried to go to sleep at 6:30pm (as I would have in the past). I'm going to try to "make up" the calories in today's food diary, but if I don't make it, I'm not going to sweat it.
I still lost 1.5 pounds this morning (to 179), Praise the Lord! I'm back UNDER the 180's! Just a little less than 8 pounds to get back to my pre-Easter-Disaster weight of 171.2. I'm feeling stronger - more motivated and determined. I feel like I'm back on track to STAY on track!
Thank you SO much to everyone who prayed for me, wished me well and encouraged me during my "backsliding" period!

If you get use to eating at 90-110% you will balance the days you “cave in”

Debbie I do the same if I am just feeling extra hungry or have the munchies I always try to just eat more or another serving of what I normally do. It is when you start stepping outside the boundaries too far you can spin out of control.
