Moving in the wrong direction. I just haven't been motivated. I'm not sleeping well, and most days that makes me hungrier. Got to get my head back in the game! I'm eating the right stuff; just too much of it.

Admitting that you have veered off is the best way to turn it around. Accountability. Good for you for identifying portion sizes as being the downfall. That's an easy fix, and you've got this!
