A good day to you all! I'm finding that my Covid symptoms ebb and flow, so I'm still a little under the weather. I was feeling a bit more energy until I let my doc give me a flu shot which set me back again. Well, I should be well protected due to all these vaxxes! My weight has been drifting up. I haven't been walking, because I've been feeling unwell, and the weather here has been pretty dreadful - think sleet and wind-chill. We have a thaw in the forecast, so I'm looking forward to getting out again. My dogs are going a little bonkers with only their 'run'. The days are getting longer. I am so looking forward to spring!! I've got a big pot of bone broth on the stove. I'm going to focus on light soup to see if I can turn around the upward drift on the scale.
