I've been eating a bit too much, a bit too often, a bit too much chocolate. New month - time to dial it back. Tested negative today, after 10 days of Covid, so no more pity party!

you are doing great. When we look at the big picture, we can feel good. Keep at it. I buy me a Hershey bar no almonds, but it is scored into little squares for my reward for a good day u have 2 squares, and I am satisfied.

Yay for testing negative! As for the chocolate...I buy Hershey kisses and have 2 or 3 each day (22 cals each). This allows me to 'indulge' mindfully💙

Congrats on getting through Covid. Just finished a stint myself. Mine was a five day stint in the miserable, however, glad I am on the mend and you are two. Today I noticed the fatigue. Yeah, I’m tired when I’m sick, but mercy! Feel like I need to listen to Richard Simmons or 90’s gangsta rap just to get up off my butt. Treating this with some vitamin D, C, Zinc, Mag, and black cumin seed oil (wife is practically a nutritionist [read witch doctor]). After about an hour and a half I started feeling better. Not great, but better. Just thought I’d share what I’m doing that helps if you are experiencing that issue. And no, I didn’t go workout today. Shooting for a gym return tomorrow and it will probably suck.

Thank you everyone! My husband and I are both getting better, then worse. It's pretty low energy around here! I guess we just need to give it some more time. @Hughesdogg: thank you for the supplement list. I'm taking all of those but black cumin seed. I've got that somewhere - I'll go hunt it down.

You are killing it! And you are getting so close to that goal! This is where endurance pays off. This is what the work was for. You can do it. The fight has changed, there’s going to be a lot more of the mental, but that fight will produce a ton of fruit.
I did hit the gym today….SUPER SUCKED! All the way through; Weak, fatigued, heart rate recovery time was twice what it normally is…then I got to that last set and when I finished it, I did three more low weight high reps. I sat in the locker room and had this joy flood my heart. I can do it. I found new strength, a different kind. I’m stoked. Changing my expectations on some things.
Black cumin seed oil (black seed oil) is apparently the jam. I just started it three weeks ago, I think, and with the bump up in dosing (by protocol not by internet post) on other sups, felt great today till about dinner time. Hit a wall. But I’m just a couple of days out.
