Almost there. I was at a function last night and got a lot of comments on my new size from people who had not seen since before summer. The interesting thing to me was that I lost most of my weight before summer and they did not comment then. Maybe because they saw me regularly. Or maybe their image of me is that rounder person. I think that is how I also see myself still: rounder. Thinner is hard to get used to Picture from last week when I still was at the lake. Missing kayaking.

Beautiful picture! Beautiful person! As someone was mentioning in another journal, the thinner you get the more noticeable the smaller changes seem to become. Maybe that is a good thing since the smaller you get the slower the progress at times. ☺️☺️ Looking lively and lovely!

Don’t wanna scare the newcomers, when we burn fat on keto it’s from the calorie deficit. If we eat too many calories on keto we gain. 💕

It is your view and it is fine. I do not bother to discuss keto with people since the point is usually just to argue. But that person was trying to do keto and with my keto experience I tried to help. But then people came in to say that she was on the wrong diet and not doing it right even if they do not even do keto so I made a few more posts. I am OK discussing a few concrete science things as I enjoyed that.

Yes...It is my view also cico (the conservation of energy version) and i wasn’t trying to argue. My response wasn't biased either. She was hungry on keto and asked for snack ideas. I linked her to a keto calorie/macro calculator and also a regular diet calculator as she has had good results previously and gave her low carb snack ideas. I’m sorry that you felt I was trying to be rude but that was not my intention.
