I’m actually surprised that didn’t have a weight change. I could not stop eating yesterday... NSV -I ordered some work out clothes in a size M. They fit but still a tad bit tight for my liking.
-I have been doing “my version” of a C25K. I can now run in 2min 😂 increments with out getting winded. I’m going to shoot for 3 min increments next week. This might sound tacky but I really can picture myself being a runner. It’s funny how I enjoy it now as an adult and HATED it as a kid/teen lol
