so, I know I don't post as often as I could/should but with living life people just don't always have the time to do so. yup, I did ok with my bf diet re-start and then got sick ( you'd think that would help, right?.., wrong!)., lol., so am still working with this diet and just bought a journal to start entering all of my foods, proteins, exercise and everything that I had lost track of. Baby food, a little protein, protein shakes and small real meals for dinner, along with a lot of walking and water. wish me luck in getting it right this time.
