They say most of the struggle with weight loss is diet... like 80% I think I disagree. The good feeling you get when you leave the gym and the way your body changes when you work out or do any exercise is a huge motivation and directly related. My body is changing again, although I am not losing weight quickly, I can feel things tightening up again. It makes me feel strong - and is huge in my diet planning.
PS yesterday I had Christmas shortbread :) quite a treat and worth the extra effort at the gym.
