Down a bit more today – I am really surprised at the amount of water weight I was carrying – looks like I may not have gained any weight on vacation after all. I spent most of the day today running post-vacation errands and doing chores (cut the grass, picked up dog meds/food, etc.). My wife and I also tried out a new foot massage place near work which was really good.
Today I will attempt a bit more yard work and then will get together with some friends in the afternoon for a BB Q.
