Leaving my weight the same since I tried to sabotage myself a little yesterday. But today is December 1st and I'm back on track with an early morning workout with a girlfriend and an orange theory workout at 12. I am taking my doggo for a walk in a bit, and then off to work. Been experimenting with pho broth from Campbells, a small amount of rice noodles for my favorite; carbs and tons of vegetables. Its delicious. I haven't done a lot of investigation but I know it fills me up and I'm getting a lot of the nutrients and good foods I need, so for now. It beats my usual fast food treat when I lose my willpower due to emotions. I am keeping a clear head and positive thoughts. Thinking about skiing... and perhaps indoor rock climbing as a treat one of these days. I'm really trying to discover who I am and what things I like, feels a little unnerving at 36.
