Hey there...well this week only fasted one day as had a lot of interruptions (other half was home!)so did not do as good, but in the times during the 16-24 hour fasting, I do feel better and less bloated and even my thinking feels clearer, so I am going to give this my best shot..How are you doing??? Got to catch up some journal reading here as that keeps me motivated...Have a good rest of the weekend...
