Beautiful day here yesterday and I spent most of it outside. I met up with some friends at 9am in the morning to volunteer at a local park digging up invasive blackberry bushes to help restore the native habitat. After a quick lunch I spent the rest of the afternoon in my backyard doing the same .
I got to sleep in a bit today (which I am sure contributed to the lower weigh-in this morning. None-the less, it is one to celebrate. I have now lost 125lbs since starting this journey.
