My journey is getting hard to do right now. My weight keeps going up I do not know what to do about it.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, if you're just limiting calories, your body is thinking your "starving it" and is holding onto what little carbs it's getting. Your protein needs to stay in the 80 gram range and if you REALLY want to drop the fat... do Keto (or Atkins, or LCHF). I am diabetic, I was 371.9 and am doing 1600 calories a day... just my advice.
