Woke at 223.0, down 2.6 after being up all night losing water with the help of Lasix and no C-meds. Popped another dose this morning and continued to drop water, often visiting the bathroom every 20 minutes! Got an amazing 216.6 weigh in before dinner, but that wasn't the weird part. The drastic water loss really threw the Tanita for a loop -- it registered 13.7 percent body fat and a body fat total of 29.7 pounds (down nearly 5 pounds from yesterday). I don't believe it of course; the loss was clearly water and not body fat. I am keeping yesterday's body fat reading and editing the stats to show water loss instead. Will check the morning weigh in to see if I normalize. Also, will do another dose of Lasix tomorrow. May have to save it for the weekends as I won't be able to get through a workday in 20 minute increments! Didn't hit my radically reduced calorie goal today but I'll continue adjusting on Sunday. UPDATE: Weighed in before bed and confirmed that the body weight shown below is valid. Must have misread the scale earlier.
