Good afternoon T8U9....I think I missed a week of weigh-in...but I have been giving intermittent fasting a trial run....probably close to 3 weeks now and while the weight on the scale is slow.. I did lose 18.5 inches so for that I am happy! Been doing walking and resistance exercises (maybe I am getting muscles, who knows, ha, ha) I will keep on trying though! I've still got to read up on your journal--you are doing fantastic!!!! Hope you are having a great weekend.
