Wow I am the queen of yoyo weight loss - ok today I've started and prepped to do my 7 day trial of 20 carbs or less a day - the breakfast casserole I prepped yesterday for today was a bit heavy lol but have some spinach and cucumbers planned with my chicken for lunch looking forward to some fresh veggies as well as a beautiful rib steak and asparagus I bought for a special first day on low carb dinner:) Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend is a beautiful sunny day here!!
