I've gotten to where I don't like to overeat anymore. I haven't cut out all the carbs yet, but I don't feel the need for desserts much anymore. So that's a win.
I have to schedule a lot of non-work events over the next few months: Attend a bridal shower on 9/16, host a shower on 10/15, surgery on 10/19, wedding and hosting company the weekend of 11/11... and get our leaky roof repaired somewhere in the midst of all this.
