Hope you all are well and happy. I am still holding at 290 for now hope I start moving down soon. I cannot go down on my calorie intake because it messes around with my blood sugar readings being too low. But I guess that is better than being too high, with this way I know what to do to bring it up in range.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
