Late entry but for 13 July 2017 -
Woke at 215.6, up 1.4 from yesterday. Today is vacation day. Had some PB&J (but no bread) and a protein shake after midnight that I will log as breakfast. Probably caused the increase. Hitting the road for vacation today. Eating out tonight but will eat light on the road. UPDATE: Fun first day with friends. Did a dinner cruise on the Ohio River in Pittsburgh. Ate no-sauce ribs and chicken and some coleslaw. Left everything else on the buffet table (bread, rolls, mac & cheese, corn, roasted potatoes). Took a nice trolley ride up the side of the hill allowing a magnificent view. I'll post a few pics. Back to the hotel room and ate a piece of seed bread and a protein shake. But got a nice 213.4 for my efforts.
