So happy to see a 1 digit drop in my weight. Feeling more motivated now.
The Bad: Lay around being a lazy bum most of the day because I felt like I was sleep-deprived, foggy-headed. Maybe I do have sleep apnea. Mr C says I snore really loud sometimes. Had a ham sandwich for supper with 2 pieces of white bread, and that will be off the menu when we detox.
The Good: Didn't overeat or have any candy. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I had some fresh cherries and a half a banana in whole-fat yogurt with a splash of vanilla extract. It was delicious. After I finally got off my ass yesterday evening, we went to the farmers market and did a good bit of walking with our dog. He's becoming almost completely trustworthy in a crowd now. The ladies LOVE him because he looks like a 40-pound, stumpy-legged teddy bear with a blond plume tail, so he gets a ton of attention.
