Hello everyone.
I was thinking of having very thinly sliced steak with mushroom and bell pepper for lunch. I don't know what I ate but at dinner time I wasn't hungry. I really wanted to eat but if the body's not hungry it's not time I eat. I was pretty sad about it, I love stuffing my face.
I've been good about staying away from full sugar soda. Had a sugar-free one the other day, but I am sticking with tea, water, and carbonated water. It's more like a comforting habit than an addiction. I like the fizz and it tastes great lukewarm. (I know, I'm a heathen.) But ultimately my comforting habit needs to be water, so no more soda for a while. I think if I stay away from it, I'll stop liking it so much. And I avoided all the carby treats at the gas station, whoo!
