Today makes 1 month of Maintaining weight goal of 136 pounds. I am happy and blessed to be at this weight. I still need to be sure of size stability before buying clothes. I have downsized Garments all along and look forward to shopping one day. Maybe by the end of summer or September I will be more assured of size. I am trusting God to continue to help me. He never fails! I will do my part and He gives me strength to succeed. I couldn't have done it without Him!! 🙆
136.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
