Committing to losing 7.5 lbs by Dr's appointment on 23rd! I know I've been self sabotaging again, and don't know why this has to be so hard. I'm not stupid, and while admittedly lazy, I don't usually fail when I make a commitment. So committing to you my FS friends and family that I will make this goal.
