I'm not overeating, but I'm not undereating either. Lately I've been leaning heavily on fresh cherries to stave off my sweet tooth. It definitely helps, but eating 30 cherries in one sitting might be a bad idea. At least I don't end up dizzy from the sugar rush I had been getting from eating a whole bag of chocolate almonds.
