Help me Lord! I thank You for everything you are doing that You even consider the very small things. I thank You for bringing me this far. As usual I haven't been obeying you and gained 20 lbs. I love the way I look in my clothes even though it may not be age appropriate. I can wear a little heel all day. Some people point out the wings in my arms and the sagging skin but I enjoy putting on skinny jeans, spandex pants and long tunics. It is so amazing how I believed losing weight was just so hard and all I really needed to do is look to you and obey Your instruction. Dear Heavenly Father fine tune my ears to hear Your voice. Give me a new heart that is committed to obey You and a heart that is determined to follow You only. Focus the mind of my heart, the mind of my brain & soul and my eyes to keep my focus completely on You. I look to the hills which cometh my help my help comes from You Lord. Blessed be God! In the name of Jesus I pray.
