Well, I seem to just be maintaining at this weight. Getting tired of the "idiot box" staying at 224. Not sure what to change up.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you!! I do get discouraged but then I look back at what I have accomplished and I know I cant go back to the old ways!!!
