Its going really slow fooling me into thinking im not losing, but every week I'm pleasantly surprised unexpectedly with a few more drop in pounds and drop in bodyfat percentage started at 26% down to 21.7%.

I think slow is better. Your body has time to adjust and you have time to get into that new lifestyle.

New body, new skin? Does anyone have in depth info on how the skin reacts to loss of fat in terms of fat loss, quantity, time, and why the skin sags?

how are you measuring your body fat percentage?

I'm using an electronic scale that uses bioelectrical impedance I know that they are not accurate +- 5% but at least I know that I've lost 5% body fat in 2 months.

I've read that these bei scales overestimate bodyfat% on thinner people and underestimate on fatter people they aren't accurate but they are good for tracking direction of body composition mine has fat, water, and weight. I've been told that total body composition % is most important subtract body fat percentage weight from total weight equals water muscle bone you don't want that percent to drop. Only the body fat percent should drop in the long run this is best weight management approach because it prevents yo yo weight loss.

Interval training is the best way to lose body fat when you are doing treadmill double your speed for short periods of time. Or when walking double your speed every once in a while for short periods of time.
