That's what I needed. Just need to keep this slow downward trend through the weekend.
The best party of yesterday was the Fazolis pizza. Not because of how good it is, but because I know my family will want to eat it again (as will I).. It helps to understand how/which fast food portions can add up quick and how to counter calorie packed foods. I see it as more training for when I don't log food every ounce of every day.
