Went to bed last night with a scratch in my throat. Still there this morning. So, guess I'll load up on meds, keep plenty of soups on hand and drink lots of peppermint tea and water. The upside, is I'm down another lb. this morning. It is a blizzard outside and local roads to anywhere are closed. They closed them yesterday. I love LCHF. Now to put some chicken and beef in pots to start making broth.
