Started this week with the trainer. I am LOVING it! Got my body fat done, it is 34.9%. Was thrilled as the last time I had it done back in October it was 40% and I was 10 lbs heavier! Good to see progress. 3 weeks from today we leave for our cruise. Must stay on point, must stay focused...
Warren- If you see this, I am going to be in your neck of the woods for the cruise...Please stop the rain!!!
