Finally seeing the scale move, and it's very encouraging.
Yesterday I did everything right about food - largest meal in the morning, smallest at night. (king, prince, pauper). The real victory is that we ate out for Mexican food, and I skipped the rice, beans, and tortillas. I didn't even have 1 single chip!
I took measurements yesterday, and doing pictures today.
