Still eating really healthy meals. Breakfast was shredded wheat cereal and almond milk, lunch was subway salad with their carved turkey and vinegar for dressing. Dinner is going to be home made table side guacamole. (Oh it is SOOOO good). Still working on poor snacking at work. Doing a little better at it. Just need to get past these last 2 weeks of "giving" season.. (I do appreciate it. Someone brought in a fruit basket today THANK GOD.)
