Living on lean proteins works for me without the fatigue of carbs, fats and blood sugar fluctuations.
I admit my breakfast is a bit odd but check out the carb, protein, and fat content of my breakfast of boiled egg whites and boiled shrimp.
I just don't get hungry with a pure protein breakfast and no fatigue. In fact the opposite when burning proteins but that may be the caffeine.
Really the only problem with my way is boredom and the high salt load but I can reduce that with some planning ahead.
