Had three sweets yesterday at the craft sale. Brownie and two thumbprint cookies. Have to record what I ate this morning. But working on the keeping within 8 hours. I think yesterday it was 9 hours, most of that being at my craft show. But it was alright, considering my other foods were whole and healthy. You never really want you're weight to go down after eating three cookies, not a teaching moment, if you catch my drift.
