Pretty excited that this is the lowest weight I've been since 2004. I know weight is just a number so I'll only revel in the excitement for a minute. I know the lbs are coming off pretty quick with Beast Mode, so when I do measurements tomorrow I need to focus on my approximate BF % and make sure I'm not losing excessive muscle (not that there was a lot there to begin with HA). I also feel like I need to up my protein for the same reasons.
PROs 180.0! Kept a close watch on my calorie count. Salad yesterday and the taco salad Saturday were awesome
CONs Candy -- it's amazing how Halloween is basically only about candy now... Nutrition content of my meals. Need to re-focus. Weights coming off pretty quick. Need to be careful.

If your body stores excess energy/fuel as fat, why would it consume muscle when incoming fuel is scarce? The only time it turns to muscle for fuel is when the fat stores are gone. Keep on beasting!
