ANYWAYS... so today starts 3.0! I'm pumped and ready to get past this lull. I will be 175 by thanksgiving and then some. I'm on my way to get 170 don't by the end of the year as planned. I plan to is the IF challenge as a MAJOR reset on my cravings and food goals.
Morning weight 183.4. 16-17% body fat by caliper. This surprised me because I lost fat even with the crap week on food. 34.5" waist. (Goal is 32"... hopefully only about 16-18 lbs yet to get there)
Tomorrow brings a business lunch and party for my daughters 5th bday. I plan to limit calories to 1000-1200 to stay on course with the IF challenge. It'll be a 17-18 hr fast.
Looking forward to getting this done!
